School counsellors have a Master's in counselling psychology. Typically, a counsellor begins with a student in grade eight and follows him/her/them through to grade twelve. Students are encouraged to meet with their grade counsellor for support and assistance regarding school, emotional/social, and academic concerns.​
Parents or guardians who have any concerns are encouraged to contact the counsellor via email to schedule an appointment.
